Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

Some products on DenmarkWellness may be offered as subscription plans, purchase options, or recurring billing plans.

By purchasing a subscription product, you agree that DenmarkWellness is authorized to automatically charge your selected payment method according to the price, billing frequency, and subscription terms displayed at checkout.

Your subscription will automatically renew at the selected interval unless it is cancelled before the next billing date.

To prevent the next recurring charge, cancellation requests must be submitted at least 48 hours before the next scheduled billing date.

If a recurring charge has already been processed, we may be unable to cancel or refund that renewal order if it has already entered processing, fulfillment, or shipment.

If a recurring payment fails due to a declined card, expired card, insufficient funds, bank restrictions, or incorrect payment details, the system may attempt to process the payment again.

Customers are responsible for keeping their billing and payment information accurate and up to date.

If payment cannot be completed, the subscription may be paused, delayed, or cancelled.
