Shipping Policy

Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Estimated delivery time is typically 5–7 business days, depending on the destination country, courier availability, customs processing, and local delivery conditions.

Delivery times are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed.

Once your order has been shipped, tracking information may be sent to the email address used at checkout. Please allow a few days for tracking updates to appear after dispatch.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

If an order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address, DenmarkWellness cannot be held responsible for the failed delivery.

A parcel may be returned to sender if the address is incorrect or incomplete, the parcel is not collected within the courier’s hold period, the courier makes multiple unsuccessful delivery attempts, the customer refuses delivery, or the address is considered undeliverable.

In these cases, the order may be considered fulfilled upon dispatch. Refunds, shipping refunds, or free replacements are not guaranteed. At our discretion, we may offer reshipment for an additional shipping fee.
