To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. For hygiene, safety, and quality reasons, opened or used wellness, personal care, beauty, supplement, or health-related products may not be eligible for return.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Shipping fees, handling fees, and return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@denmarkwellness.com and include clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label.
